Put the chocolate with the coconut oil and honey in a bowl, take it to the microwave for 1 minute. Stir vigorously with a fork to finish melting all the chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate into a larger bowl, add the peanut butter, protein and mix very well until completely integrated.
Finally, add the puffed quinoa cereal and integrate with a spatula.
Pour this mixture into a pudding mold, previously lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator until it hardens or in the freezer for 1 hour.
Unmold by stretching the parchment paper and then cut into portions to share. To enjoy!
