STUFFED PEARS

Stuffed Pears with Nourish Protein Shake. A delicious and easy dessert to make!

What you'll need:

  • Pears 2

  • Cinnamon 2 tsp

  • Stevia 2 tbsp

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • SYSTEM LS protein vanilla 1 scoop

  • Cream cheese 3 tbsp

  • Cranberry raisins 2 tbsp

  • Walnuts and peanuts 1 handful


Recipe:

  • 1. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon so that they are hollow in the middle.

  • 2. Put the pears in a deep dish and top with vanilla, cinnamon and stevia. Microwave on full power for about 2 minutes.

  • 3. In a bowl we mix the protein and cream cheese. Fill the pears with this fit cream and add the raisins and nuts on top! To enjoy
