GREEN PANCAKES WITH KIMCHI AND CONOCNUT YOGHURT
Makes approximately 6 Pancakes
Product used:
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen peas
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 large Eggs
2 large egg whites
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
- 2 large scoops System LS Greens Organic Superfood
Instructions:
Place the above ingredients into a food processor and purée till smooth.
Heat a skillet over moderate heat for a few moments, add a little olive oil before pouring in the pancake mix (10cm in diameter) , cook for a few minutes before flipping ( should be a light golden brown on either side)
Serve each pancake topped with
Sliced avocado, kimchi , coconut yoghurt , extra virgin olive oil , salt flakes and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper

1 cup of coconut yoghurt
2 small Avocado
Cayenne pepper / chilli flakes
- Salt flakes
