STICKY DATE AND GINGER SMOOTHIE

1 cup, rice, soy or almond milk
¼ cup dried dates, pit removed
1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. macca powder
1 scoop Nourish high protein vanilla protein powder
½ cup ice cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients into your blender and puree till smooth
